What are your beds made from? 
We are very proud to offer a beautifully hand crafted, sustainable product to the Australian market.  

The materials vary but comprise of 3 main elements.

Rattan - in various forms, pole, peel, jawit.
Mango wood -  wooden slat mattress base.
Iron - some products consist of iron as leg supports.  

What mattress size can I use?
Our beds are made to suit standard Australian mattress sizes:

Single: 92cm x 188cm  
King single: 107cm x 204cm
Double: 138cm x 188cm
Queen: 153cm x 204cm
King: 183cm x 204cm (super king on request)

Most of our beds are now available as self assembly items so those of you with tight hallways and doorways can now rejoice!  Of course, if you prefer your bed to bed delivered fully assembled, this is possible.  You do need to ensure that delivery is able to be made at your premises.  

Your order will be carefully wrapped prior to shipment to protect your item and paint work from any damage. We rely on our third parties to handle the shipment of your order professionally, however do not indemnify them in carrying out this service. 

Look for the flatpack/assembled option when ordering your item or send us an email. 

Can I pay a deposit on my order and the balance on shipment?
Due to the nature of our business which caters to a wide variety of bespoke colours and stock items, each order is fulfilled according to your specific requirements and is not able to be re-sold by us should you change your mind. Therefore, full payment is necessary to secure your order.

Why do I have to wait for my purchase?
As part of our sustainable vision, we embrace Conscious Consumerism - only taking what we need as opposed to a warehouse filled with items which may never be used. Furthermore, we are a small operation trying to offer customers the ability to select their own finishes to match their desired interior scheme, carrying all stock items in each colour variation is simply not possible. By keeping our costs to a minimum, we are able to offer you the very best price on our products.

What is the delivery timeframe?
We like to advise people that they should allow up to 16 weeks for delivery however this is dependent on the timing of your order and our manufacturing schedules. For example, an order placed late in our cycle may result in your purchase being available in 4-6 weeks.  Our shipment schedule is shown under 'Schedule' in the main menu.

Do you provide gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers can be arranged via our Contact Us link.

Change of mind
As we process your orders immediately with our manufacturer to ensure a quick turnaround of your purchase, we regret that cancellation or changes to your order may not be possible unless we receive your request via email with 12 hours of placing your order. No cancellation or changes will be accepted after this time. 

Free shipping guidelines
With the shipping of large items, it becomes difficult to obtain definite freight costs to all areas of Australia.  How is the metropolitan area defined? Each city is a different size and our transport partner travels through some areas regularly and others, less so. Where you live will impact on the cost and we may have to contact you to advise of additional charges which may be payable. We hope that whenever this occurs, the costs will be minor to ensure you are able to receive your goods.  Currently, local pickup is not possible.
